GET TO KNOW ME
As a deep student of human behavior and relationships, I bring my rich life experience into every session, offering heart-opening, soulful and intuitive support. In the course of my life, I’ve raised four children, loved deeply and experienced incredible loss. Through my own intense and unwavering commitment to growth, I have developed a radical and unshakeable love for my own aliveness and for the entirety of the human experience. I feel driven to share my enthusiasm with others.
I have my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, where I serve as a faculty member in the Psychology and Yoga Studies Department. Prior to attaining my LPCC, I was a registered psychotherapist for five years. During this time, I worked with young adults, adults and couples on issues ranging from failure to launch, to spiritual problems, to depression and anxiety. I have extensive experience in both conventional and non-conventional approaches to healing. In addition, I have many years of experience leading and running groups in a variety of contexts.
